The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Ardeche region and its surroundings. The hotel is situated right on the bike path ViaRhona, which allowed us to easily explore the area by nature. The service provided was top-notch, with attentive staff who made sure all our needs were met. The room amenities, including a well-stocked mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area, exceeded our expectations. We were also pleased to find free wi-fi in the rooms and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

This hotel is a gem and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

The food is unparalleled, with truly exceptional evening meals and the best continental breakfast you'll ever have. the hotel boasts an amazing swimming pool twice the size of any ordinary pool and 65 acres of gardens to explore.

There could be a slight improvement in the availability of comfortable chairs for reading around the pool.

We have experienced Cardinale as a hotel that is managed very lovingly and carefully. Everything is very unobtrusive and coherent down to the last detail. The food was incredibly good and beautifully arranged.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel nearby the stunning Rhône valley. The hotel offered excellent food and staff made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. The location of the hotel makes it easy to explore the surrounding countryside and there are bikes to rent. We especially enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, with beautiful views in the background.

We did encounter some road noise while staying at the hotel, which was a bit of a distraction, particularly when trying to sleep. the breakfast was a little lacking as it only offered sweet options - a savory dish would have been a welcome addition.

We were very impressed with this family run business. Breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. An excellent chef. The manageress was very very friendly. The location in the countryside was very peaceful and serene. The accommodation was spotless and the rooms tastefully appointed. We stayed for three nights and would loved to have stayed longer. We were made to feel very welcome and we would highly recommend this accommodation.

The husband is the excellent chef and the wife is the very friendly and efficient manager.

This hotel is a perfect spot to explore the region. The food is simply amazing, and the pool is big enough to practice laps. I also appreciated the beautiful garden with its hundreds of trees. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. On top of that, the prices were fair, making it very good value for money.

Although the location is really convenient, the traffic noise bothered me a bit, especially at night when I had to sleep with the window open. , I missed having a kettle in the room for a hot cup of tea in the morning.

The hotel is located in a silent, wonderful green area with large swimming-pool. The room was large, comfortable and well decorated with a large bathroom. The dinner was very elaborated. A very relaxing place!

A gem of a hotel. Very small in terms of number of rooms but this just makes the personal service that much more perfect. The bedrooms are superb and the food is excellent. A lovely location and a massive pool. This was our second visit, and a third will definitely be planned.
